Ralph Gevirtz
CO-FOUNDER,
MANAGING PARTNER
Ralph A. Gevirtz is the Co-Founder of TR Commercial Properties with over 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate & Facilities Consulting. He is also the Founder of Venture Facilities Group, LLC. Over the past thirty years, Ralph has been a consultant and project manager for many companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to startups. In addition to establishing himself throughout Silicon Valley, he has also managed projects throughout California, nationally, and worldwide.
Ralph provides tightly integrated project management and solutions for all the unique aspects of property asset growth. This includes:

With years of experience dedicated to working in the commercial facilities field, along with countless hours spent on jobsites serving as his client’s representative, Ralph personally understands the prime directives of the entire project process. He is directly focused on his client’s specific requirements, and he creates a team environment that supports the paramount objectives of the budget, the project, and the client.
