About Us

Tara is responsible for managing the company’s rapidly expanding commercial portfolio in Northern California, primarily focusing on the Bay Area and surrounding regions with private clients, investors, and family-owned portfolios. She previously worked 12+ years, as a Portfolio Manager for ProEquity Asset Management, where she was personally responsible for directing a management team handling over approximately one million square feet of commercial real estate assets and developments. Prior to joining ProEquity, she had a seasoned real estate foundation in commercial real estate. As a Senior Asset Property Manager for 15+ years with Borelli Investment Company, she was overseeing Silicon and Central Valley portfolios, as well as other finance and business administrations prior to.  Tara has a wide range of experience and services she brings to her clients, including property management, construction management, tenant improvements, leasing & selling, acquisition, tenant/vendor relations, and commercial association management. Whether multi-tenant office buildings, industrial complexes, retail shopping centers both small and large, mixed-use centers, or condominium association management, Her knowledge in the variety and types of commercial real estate allows for a successful path forward when working together.  Over the years, she has been given praise and recognition in successfully developing organizational programs, efficient reporting and budgeting templates, & sustaining energy efficient programs, all resulting in better performance and better NOI to the client.

Tara is an active licensed real estate professional by the State of California. Additionally, she participates in several other private and public real estate organization events and meetings, such as Boma, Crew, and the Tri-Valley Association of Realtors.
